Carve Forecast Sync is operated by Carve Consulting Inc. for a small number of client companies. There is nothing to install and no account to create on this site.
A Carve operator sends the QuickBooks Online administrator of the company a one-time authorisation link. The administrator signs in to Intuit, selects the company, and approves read-only access. Intuit then redirects to this site, which shows a confirmation for the operator to complete the setup. That is the whole process.
The link is generated by the Tool with a one-time state value and points back to this site's callback page, which only displays what Intuit returned; nothing is sent from the browser. During testing against Intuit's sandbox the operator may instead use a callback on their own machine (localhost), which Intuit permits for development keys only.
In QuickBooks Online go to Apps → Connected apps (or My apps), find Carve Forecast Sync, and choose Disconnect. Access ends immediately. You can also email sam@carvefinance.com and we will revoke the token from our side and delete stored tokens.
If access has expired or was disconnected, ask your Carve operator for a fresh authorisation link and repeat the Connect step. Existing forecast data is unaffected.
